No clue if that might impact the voice capability/compatibility to chan_dongle. Seems like Huwei might have changed the chipset to an 'own' implementation instead of licensing Qualcomm's. chan_dongle does not seem to parse that reply string further but bases its assumption whether or not voice is supported on the OK of the reply. That's where I got the impression that voice would be basically supported but might just be disabled.

I could yet not find any Huawei-Documentation regarding the commands return values, the rest of the values seem to be the voice audio parameters.
